General Information

  • No twin axle caravans.
  • Motorhomes are restricted to 6.5 metres (21 ft).
  • Arrival time: 12:00 pm. Departure time: 12:00 pm.
  • Bank Holiday weekends require a minimum stay of 3 nights.
  • Full payment is required at the time of booking. Cancellations will be refunded minus an administration fee of £30.00.
  • Sorry, no refunds are available for one-night stays. Advance booking only due to restricted access.
  • Nightly caravan and motorhome tariff includes VAT.
  • Awnings: £4.00 (sorry, no ground sheets permitted).
  • Extra adult: £4.00.
  • Extra car: £4.00.
  • Day visitor’s car and occupants: £20.00 per person.
  • Dogs: £4.00 per day (maximum one).
  • Electric hook-up point: £3.10.
  • Extra time after midday on the day of departure: 50% of the nightly charge (subject to availability).
  • Latest arrival: 8:00 pm.
  • Free Wi-Fi connection available.
  • Excellent toilet and free shower facilities.
  • Coin-operated washing machine and tumble dryer available.
  • Exclusive stretch of the river for private fishing and boating. Closed fishing season: 16th March to 16th June.
  • Disabled toilet and shower facilities are available.
  • To avoid any misunderstanding, please call to discuss your requirements.
  • Visitors are strongly advised to take holiday insurance against cancellation. Please enquire at the time of reservation.

Seasonal Touring Sites

We have seasonal pitches available for the 2026 season.

1st April to 31st October – £2065.00 + Electricity on nights occupied.

1st November to 31st March £360.00 Winter Storage only.

Adults only. These pitches are not available for any persons working or requiring long term accommodation. Pitches for pleasure use only.

No facilities available after 1st November.

1st April to 31st October – £3.00 per 24 hours including VAT.

These seasonal pitches will all be hard standing, where the caravan can be left for the 7 or 12 month period. Awnings, however, will have to be removed when the caravan is unoccupied. SORRY NO GROUND SHEETS PERMITTED.

Seasonal pitches are restricted to 2 adults sharing. Sorry, no children except visiting grandchildren.
